Retropus stores the Google account name, email, and profile photo returned at sign-in, plus the retrospectives you create: notes, tags, votes, and actions.
Anyone with a board link can join by entering a name or continuing anonymously. That session is stored so they can edit their own notes and vote. Google sign-in is only required to create and manage boards.
Notes marked anonymous are shown without a name. The author is still stored so that person can edit or delete the note.
If Google Analytics is configured, page views are sent to Google with IP anonymization and without advertising signals. Retro note text is not sent to analytics.
Sign-in uses Google Identity Services. Retropus receives an ID token, verifies it, and issues its own session token stored in this browser.
To remove your account data, contact the operator of this deployment. Export a retro from Admin before deletion if you need a copy.
